HerBasics Return Policy

At HerBasics, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Free of deodorant marks, makeup stains, scents, or other signs of wear.

Purchased directly from www.herbasics.com.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear or intimate apparel (unless defective)

Gift cards

Clearance or marked “final sale” items
3. How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal at [returns.herbasics.com] or contact support@herbasics.com.

Provide your order number and email address to initiate your return.

Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your prepaid return label (if applicable).

Securely package your item(s) and drop them off with the carrier listed on your label.
Please note: A small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@herbasics.com with photos and your order details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as HerBasics is not responsible for lost or unverified international returns.
